Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Killer Babe Beauty Studio, I value your time and mine. To ensure all clients receive the best service possible, please review my cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty. • 24-48 hours notice: A 30% cancellation fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 20 minutes late, I may need to modify your service or reschedule your appointment. • Clients arriving 30+ minutes late may be marked as a no-show, resulting in a cancellation fee. • If you’re going to be a few mins late please notify me as soon as possible, to see if we can come to a solution. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $30-$50 (depending on the service) is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total but is forfeited if you cancel within the 24-hour window or no-show. No-Show Policy • If you fail to show up without notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
